Located in central Fremont, the SparkPoint at Fremont Family Resource Center (FRC) builds on the wealth of services at the Fremont FRC, which has served southern Alameda County for more than 12 years.  The Fremont FRC is a collaboration of more than 25 state, county, City of Fremont and nonprofit organizations that serve families from Fremont, Union City and Newark.  SparkPoint partners share a commitment to assist low- to moderate-income families to achieve their financial goals. SparkPoint Skyline is located on the campus of one of the most diverse community colleges in the state. The Center grew out of a need to help students who were unable to focus on their studies because of financial distress. SparkPoint Skyline serves both students and residents from the surrounding community.   To meet its diverse clients’ needs, the Center offers a full range of services, including a new food pantry and ESL classes, in addition to financial planning and coaching. Directions
